Holistic Healthcare - A new age in healthcare
*The financial services of the social project "Holistic Healthcare - A New age in Healthcare" are managed through a Public Benefit Company established specifically for this purpose under the name "Integrated Health Services Ltd." Below is the sales and service regulations shared by the project and the company:
Note: During war, pandemic, natural disaster, or any force majeure disrupting business activities, delays may occur.
Service and/or Delivery Timelines:
1. Courses and Workshops: The dates of courses and workshops are published on their respective pages on the website. If a course or workshop does not commence at the announced date of purchase, a full refund can be requested.
2. Treatments: The treatment appointment is arranged directly with the therapist. If a treatment is canceled for reasons unrelated to the client, a full refund can be requested.
3. Book Deliveries: A purchased book will be shipped within 14 business days from the date of purchase. If it does not arrive at its destination within a month from the date of purchase, a full refund can be requested.
4. Content contingent on achieving a goal in crowdfunding: If it is advertised on the product page on the website that the delivery of the product is dependent on achieving a specific goal in crowdfunding, the transaction will be marked as "conditional." The card will not be charged until the goal is achieved. At any stage, the customer can cancel their participation in the crowdfunding and request a refund. Upon reaching the goal, an email notification will be sent, and the content will be delivered within 30 business days. If the content is not delivered within 30 business days from the date of the email, a full refund can be requested.
Liability: Each product page on the website specifies who is responsible for the content and quality of the product. The responsibility for all content and/or treatments lies solely with the content owners and/or therapists. In the event of complaints about the quality of the content or treatment, and if a refund is requested, the company will act in accordance with the policy set by the content owner or therapist.
Transaction Cancellation: If the customer did not receive the purchased product or service within a reasonable time according to the specified delivery times, they can request a full refund. For courses and workshops, cancellation of participation can be notified up to one week before the start date to receive a full refund. If there is less than a week before the course starts or if the customer participated in the first session and requested cancellation, a refund will be issued with a deduction of the relative cost of the first session. Registration fees, if collected, will not be refunded. If a customer participated in more than one session, the company will act according to the policy of the course/workshop owner. All refunds will be provided within 14 business days from the customer's request.
Privicy: We prioritize the privacy of our customers. The personal information we receive is only accessible to company employees and the service provider for the purpose of fulfilling the product delivery.
